FAG Industrial Services (FIS) –

 

FIS is a wing of FAG to provide industrial services with a Vision to become a solution provider for the Mechanical related Friction Management tools like Predictive and Preventive Maintenance.

We at Multidimensions, are an Authorized Channel Partner of FAG, do undertake Condition Monitoring Services, in alliance with FAG’s technical support, for the Cost-Saving predictive maintenance. It is a worthwhile strategy for condition-based maintenance which enables to be aware of the condition of the machine anytime.

Condition monitoring helps to detect damage at an early stage and to minimize the risk of unplanned shutdowns as well as their often expensive consequential damage. Thus, the availability of the plant can be increased enormously.

Our Experience

We have executed, along with FAG India team, a project of predictive maintenance of 10 equipments for Gateway Terminal International, a joint venture of CONCOR and A P Mollar for their ship to shore Gantry Cranes in JNPT.
